Parent Advisory Council

The Parent Advisory Council consisting
of district staff, parents and community members, conducts district
wide meetings four times a year. The meetings are well publicized
in advance and are open to the public. The meetings are conducted
in English offering a translator and translating system for our
parents when needed. The PAC meetings serve as a positive and creative
force and offer an abundanceof information on various topics.
The Parent Advisory Council:
- Assists district staff members in conducting needs
assessment surveys.
- Promotes parental participation in school activities
- Identifies and coordinates other community resources.
- Assists in developing better school/community communications
and develop better community relationships.
