Parent Teacher Organization

The success and operation of Esperanza School is due, in part, to the attendance and participation of parents, teachers, and administrators in school organizations and committees.  Parents are encouraged to participate in a variety of activities. Esperanza has established a FIAT (Family Involvement Action Team). The team met last year and surveyed parents to find out what they would like to see as far as parent involvement and parent workshops at Esperanza. Out of the wonderful ideas and suggestions that our parents gave the team the Parents as Partners programs was developed. The team will be holding weekly workshops that are centered on the topics that families recommended in the surveys. We welcome all families to these engaging workshops.
